Gautam Buddha is passing through a town when a fly comes and sits on his forehead. He is talking to his companion, Ananda, and he just goes on talking and moves his hand to throw off the fly. Then suddenly he recognizes that his movement of the hand has been unconscious, mechanical. Because he was talking consciously to Ananda, the hand moved the fly mechanically. He stops and although now there is no fly, he moves his hand again consciously.
Ananda says, "What are you doing? The fly has gone away...."
Gautam Buddha says, "The fly has gone away...but I have committed a sin, because I did it in unconsciousness."
The English word "sin" is used only by Gautam Buddha in its right meaning. The word "sin" originates in the roots which mean forgetfulness, unawareness, unwatchfulness, doing things mechanically -- and our whole life is almost mechanical. We go on doing things from morning to evening, from evening to morning, like robots.
A man who wants to enter into the world of mindlessness has to learn only one thing -- a single step and the journey is over. That single step is to do everything watchfully. You move your hand watchfully; you open your eyes watchfully; you walk, you take your steps alert, aware; you eat, you drink, but never allow mechanicalness to take possession over you. This is the only alchemical secret of transformation.
A man who can do everything fully consciously becomes a luminous phenomenon. He is all light, and his whole life is full of fragrance and flowers. The mechanical man lives in dark holes, dirty holes. He does not know the world of light; he is like a blind man. The man of watchfulness is really the man who has eyes. . – OSHO

"Believe"
God is with you
God always holds on
God never lets go
No matter what you are going through
When Your Faith is stronger than adversity
When you Believe so much the storm blows over
But most of all you know your GOD is bigger than life!
"GOD's Whisper"
Dear Child FEAR NOT
Trust that I AM; be not afraid. For Thou are with thee!
I will either catch you when you fall or give you wings to fly!
Believe, Hold On, Have Faith
Keep your eyes focused on Me,
If I brought you to it, I shall bring you through it,
I can turn wishes into miracles, hope into faith,
As your life is a testimony of My Will Mercy Love and Grace,
For I Am GOD of the Impossible...saith the Lord Almighty!
I Believe and I Listen to the Whisper
I am here to tell the tales
Of Victories and Triumphs
Of Failures and Defeats
Of Love Joy and Peace
Of Pains and Sorrows
Of God's Mercy and Grace
Life Is Hard When Life Happens
Just Remember
It is Not What Happens
But
What We Do With What Happens!

Stripped down bared naked
exposing the real
do you like what you see...
no not physically but spiritually
the me the person
as true love is from the soul
must be felt in the heart
experienced only by essence
and the only way is to touch
The Nectar of Wholesomeness
Which is the Juice of Love
Found In The Heart
Produced By the Soul.

"Love Me more and more – as I Love you beyond all bounds, as I have always Loved you and will always Love you.
Never doubt my Love, not even when I send you challenges and tests, both inside you and in the outside world, because everything is for your highest good and for your inner growth.
Always, whenever you call me inwardly, I am already there with open arms and waiting for you to draw you into my heart.
Be always ready for anything and my blessings will have no end."

“When we speak of man, we have a conception of humanity as a whole, and before applying scientific methods to the investigation of his movement we must accept this as a physical fact. But can anyone doubt to-day that all the millions of individuals and all the innumerable types and characters constitute an entity, a unit? Though free to think and act, we are held together, like the stars in the firmament, with ties inseparable. These ties cannot be seen, but we can feel them. I cut myself in the finger, and it pains me: this finger is a part of me. I see a friend hurt, and it hurts me, too: my friend and I are one. And now I see stricken down an enemy, a lump of matter which, of all the lumps of matter in the universe, I care least for, and it still grieves me. Does this not prove that each of us is only part of a whole?
For ages this idea has been proclaimed in the consummately wise teachings of religion, probably not alone as a means of insuring peace and harmony among men, but as a deeply founded truth. The Buddhist expresses it in one way, the Christian in another, but both say the same: We are all one. Metaphysical proofs are, however, not the only ones which we are able to bring forth in support of this idea. Science, too, recognizes this connectedness of separate individuals, though not quite in the same sense as it admits that the suns, planets, and moons of a constellation are one body, and there can be no doubt that it will be experimentally confirmed in times to come, when our means and methods for investigating psychical and other states and phenomena shall have been brought to great perfection. Still more: this one human being lives on and on. The individual is ephemeral, races and nations come and pass away, but man remains. Therein lies the profound difference between the individual and the whole.”

ओ आदमी ईतना घमंड ना कर. तेरी हैसियत ही क्या है??? एक हवा का झोका तूज़े उड़ा लेजा सकता है.

Quite recently I was visited by a friend who, during our conversation, said that he was appreciating my efforts contributing to a change I want to see in the world, yet he added that he thought that I was wasting my time trying, since nothing ever changes regardless of how much corruption and crime is exposed.

Hearing the truth in his words, for a moment I imagined the joy I would undoubtedly experience by removing myself from all the negativity, stupidity, sickness, deception, corruption and evil I see in the world, focusing instead on my private life, dedicating myself to my beautiful family and my work. But that joy begins to vanish when I imagine my 3 year old daughter speaking to me in 30 years, asking what I could have done to make this world a better place?

What would I answer her if I were silent now?

One doesn’t need to be an environmentalist to see the ongoing destruction of our planet. One doesn’t need to be a doctor to diagnose the illness of this world. One doesn’t need to be a genius to see the cliff we are approaching, rapidly gathering momentum. One only needs to pay attention to see it all.

Staying up late that night I was thinking about the mass fish and bird deaths worldwide (1), millions of dying bees (2), rivers catching fire (3), air sold in bottles (4), cancer rates skyrocketing, reaching epidemic proportions (5), and other things which I thought would be exciting scenes for a science fiction horror movie shown on the big screen. But real life events evoke other feelings.

If I were religious person, I would think humanity was cursed and what we seeing now is Judgment day in slow motion. But since I’m not, I rather think it has to do with the environmental pollution caused by the industries of death. From their limited perspective, life is seen as opportunity to profit, a resource on the quest to wealth.

How strange it is to measure human progress in the amount of trash we produce, piles of which soon will compete in height with the magnificent Andes.

How foolish it is to think that an economic model built on the skeletons of nature and misery of the people is sustainable and destined to last.

How depressingly stupid it is to turn our planet into a moon before realizing that we cannot eat, drink or breathe money.

What would money mean on a dead planet?

I kept thinking about how dangerous humanity has become with an ability to smash an atom while being unable to recycle mountains of trash, or having the capability to manipulate genetics yet failing to recognize consciousness even in human beings, let alone in other forms of life. Is this what we are to call progress? Is this evolution?

How much have we evolved if we cherish oil and shiny metals more than life itself? Does sucking our planet dry and letting our kids inherit debris seem to be intelligent? Evolved?

It doesn’t take being a prophet to see into the future from where we are now. Collapse of eco-systems due to extreme pollution is rather a logical consequence than a prophetic vision. To see the world which once was thriving, smoldering, is like expecting puddles after rain.

I would imagine evolution as being an evolution of human consciousness, maturing into a resonance with the planetary mind, realizing itself as being a part of the whole. At that level of connection, trashing the environment would be unthinkable like poisoning our own bodies.

So the question arises: Can we still turn things around and bring about real change?

I think we can, if we come together and defend our human right to exist and enjoy a healthy social and natural environment, which is the birthright of each human being.

Motivational speech by Gary Raser (LIMU founder and CEO)

Life is tough!
That’s a given.
When you stand up, you’re gonna be shoved back down.
When your down, you’re gonna be stepped on.
My advise to you doesn’t come with a lot of bells and whistles.
It’s no secret you’ll fall down… you’ll stumble… you’ll get pushed… you’ll land square on your face.
But every time that happens,
You get back on your feet.
You get up just as fast as you can.
No matter how many times you need to do it.
Remember this.
Success has been and continues to be defined as getting up one more time, then you’ve been knocked down.
If experience has taught me anything, it’s that nothing is free, and living ain’t easy!
Life is hard.
Real hard.
Incredibly hard.
You fail more often than you win.
Nobody’s handing you anything.
It’s up to you to puff up your chest, stretch your neck, and overcome all the difficult… the nasty… the mean… the unfair.
You want more than you have now?
Prove it!
You want to be the very best there is?
Get out there and earn it!
Once you decide that, you will know where it is you want to be.
And you won’t stop pushing forward until your get there!
That’s how winners are made.
At the end of the day, success is what we all want.
We all wanna win.
And, the race will be won.
There is no question about that.
So come on…
Get out on top.
Run faster.
Dream bigger.
Live better than you have ever before.
This is in you.
You can do this.
Do it for yourself.
Prove it to yourself.

defeat

Does a leaf, when it falls from the tree in winter, feel defeated by the cold?
The tree says to the leaf:
‘That’s the cycle of life. You may think you’re going to die, but you live on in me. It’s thanks to you that I’m alive, because I can breathe. It’s also thanks to you that I have felt loved, because I was able to give shade to the weary traveller. Your sap is in my sap, we are one thing.’
Does a man who spent years preparing to climb the highest mountain in the world feel defeated on reaching that mountain and discovering that nature has cloaked the summit in storm clouds?
The man says to the mountain: ‘You don’t want me this time, but the weather will change and, one day, I will make it to the top. Meanwhile, you’ll still be here waiting for me.’
Does a young man, rejected by his first love, declare that love does not exist?
The young man says to himself: ‘I’ll find someone better able to understand what I feel. And then I will be happy for the rest of my days.’
Losing a battle or losing everything we thought we possessed will bring us moments of sadness, but when those moments pass, we will discover the hidden strength that exists in each of us, a strength that will surprise us and increase our self-respect.
Wait patiently for the right moment to act.
Do not let the next opportunity slip.
Take pride in your scars.
Scars are medals branded on the flesh, and your enemies will be frightened by them because they are proof of your long experience of battle. Often this will lead them to seek dialogue and avoid conflict.
Scars speak more loudly than the sword that caused them.

There may be days when you get up in the morning and things aren’t the way you had hoped they would be.

That’s when you have to tell yourself that things will get better. There are times when people disappoint you and let you down.

But those are the times when you must remind yourself to trust your own judgments and opinions, to keep your life focused on believing in yourself.

There will be challenges to face and changes to make in your life, and it is up to you to accept them.

Constantly keep yourself headed in the right direction for you. It may not be easy at times, but in those times of struggle you will find a stronger sense of who you are.

So when the days come that are filled with frustration and unexpected responsibilities, remember to believe in yourself and all you want your life to be.

Because the challenges and changes will only help you to find the goals that you know are meant to come true for you.

Keep Believing in Yourself!

Anthem

“I shall choose friends among men, but neither slaves nor masters. And I shall choose only such as please me, and them I shall love and respect, but neither command nor obey. And we shall join our hands when we wish, or walk alone when we so desire.” | Ayn Rand, Anthem

Wanderer, your footsteps are
the road, and nothing more;
Wanderer, there's no road,
the road is made by walking.
By walking one makes the road,
and seeing behind the vista,
one sees the path that will
never be traveled again.
Wanderer, there's no road,
only waves in the sea.

Give us this day, Lord, our daily miracle.
Even if we are incapable of noticing it because our mind is focussed on great deeds and conquests. Even if we are too preoccupied with day-to-day life to know that our path was changed by it.
And when we are sad, help us to keep our eyes open to the life around us: a flower opening, the stars in the sky, the distant singing of a bird or a child’s voice nearby.
Help us to understand that there are certain things so important that we have to discover them without anyone’s help. And that we should not feel alone and helpless, because You are there with us, ready to intervene if our feet go perilously close to the abyss.
Help us to continue onward despite the fear and to accept the inexplicable despite our need to explain and know everything.
Help us to understand that Love’s strength lies in its contradictions and that Love lasts because it changes and not because it stays the same and never faces any challenges.
And to understand, too, that each time we see the humble exalted and the arrogant humbled, we are witnessing a miracle.
Help us to know that when our legs are tired, we can keep walking thanks to the strength in our hearts, and that when our hearts are tired, we can still carry on thanks to the strength of our Faith.

Meditation Is Mastery

The society gives language; the society cannot exist without language. Human society is an outgrowth of language; there are no animal societies because they have no language. Language creates the society. Society needs language; existence doesn’t need it. Existence can be without language; society cannot be. So I am not saying that you must be without language – you will have to be with language. But this mechanism must be a mechanism which can be put on and off.
When you are a social being the mechanism must be on: the mechanism of language. Without this you cannot exist within society. But when you are with existence, the mechanism must be turned off – and you must be able to put it off, otherwise the mechanism is mad. If you cannot turn it off – and it goes on and on, and you are not capable of putting it off, then the mechanism has taken hold over you – then you have become just a slave to the mechanism, to the instrument. Mind must be used as an instrument, and not as a master. It has become the master.
Mind as master is the non-meditative state. You, the consciousness as the master, is the meditative state. So meditation is mastering the mechanism, the mind.

Although anxiety is part of life, never let it control you.

If it comes too close, say: “I’m not worried about tomorrow, because God is there already, waiting for me.

”If it tries to persuade you that taking on lots of jobs means having a productive life, say: “I need time to look at the stars in order to feel inspired and to be able to do my job well.”

If it threatens you with the ghost of hunger, say: “Man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.”

from Manuscript found in Accra - Paulo Coelho
‎"You seek escape from pain. We seek the achievement of happiness. You exist for the sake of avoiding punishment. We exist for the sake of earning rewards. Threats will not make us function; fear is not our incentive. It is not death that we wish to avoid, but life that we wish to live. You, who have lost the concept of the difference, you who claim that fear and joy are incentives of equal power—and secretly add that fear is the more “practical”—you do not wish to live, and only fear of death still holds you to the existence you have damned." | Atlas Srugged
