Dont Mix The Words With Your Mood. Because You Will Have Many Options To Change The Mood, But You Will Never Get Any Optiion To Replace The Spoken Words.

The greatest battle is not physical but psychological. The demons telling us to give up when we push ourselves to the limit can never be silenced for good. They must always be answered by the quiet the steady dignity that simply refuses to give in. Courage. We all suffer. Keep going.

Try loving yourself for who you are, faults and all. Forgive yourself. Accept yourself. Because you have to live with you for the rest of your life.
"There is a battle that rages within each of us every moment of our lives; it is the war with our emotions, craving, desires, and temperaments that fester deep within each of us. It is our fear, our inadequacies, and our desire to excel in life. It is our longing to love and be loved by others. This is where our real problem lies. This real culprit lurks deep within us. Only when this inner emotional storm dissipates will there be a great calm and inner satisfaction that will transform your entire being. This victory over your-self does not come from fighting others. It comes rather by conquering the self. In a true school, you will learn hundreds of self defense techniques but most importantly, you will learn how to move inward to the real core of being. When this is achieved, the battle will cease, and the entire world will open up to you. A connection will be made to your spiritual nature; you will realize your purpose in life and go for it.

When you find this connection your life will change from what you know now, to a vast new world of understanding." - Sylvain, Sifu Chamberland - Nyudo

Darwin's Perspective: Each of us is born in a state of divine potential and begin down a path that unfolds a series of experiences that shape who we "are." This definition of self is a mixture of societal beliefs, familiar norms and unique personality traits. As we move through life, this dynamic definition of self ebbs and flows like the ocean rolling up on the rocks to shape the coastline. Self reflection are those moments when we step back and witness the shape of the beach and rocks that has been shaped from the constant bombardment of waves upon them. Some people see themselves as having become white sandy beaches and others jagged rocky coasts.

And then there is that one moment when we experience a shift of consciousness. It is that time when you awaken to understand that you are not the coastline or the ocean that shapes it. You are the unique combination of ocean and earth that exists in the action of the wave shaping the coastline. You are the coastline before the storm, the wave crashing upon the rock and the beach that will emerge in a thousand years.

Many people experience this shift in consciousness and awaken to a new realization of their true Self. But then what? "Knowing" what you are is hardly useful if it doesn't change anything in your life. After all, no matter if I am ocean, beach or a wave-in-motion, the fact remains that I have real problems in my life. And so too, the future will bring with it new challenges for me to face. How can my awakening to Self manifest as divine change in my life?

The change you seek is available to you. But if you remain believing that you are rock or ocean... you will remain rock or ocean. Momentary shifts in consciousness or understanding will not manifest change in your life. If you remain in a state of "knowing" then you will remain in the domain of the Mind. The point being that if you expect enlightenment to be a revelation of knowledge, then you will shield yourself from the wisdom of enlightenment for "knowing" is a property of the Mind. As this is only a portion of your true Self, knowing what you are is not much more than an interesting piece of information. To invite divine wisdom into your life, you must move beyond "knowing" into "being."

As Sylvain, Sifu Chamberland - Nyudo describes, "When this is achieved, the battle will cease, and the entire world will open up to you."

You are the collective consciousness of your Body, Spirit and Mind. Each of these divine parts of you possesses an amazing wisdom that can emerge to provide you with wisdom that is not available solely to the Mind. But to tap into this wisdom requires more than "thinking" that this is true. To break into this divine state of being, you must also shift into existing in harmonious balance amongst the three. This is much more than believing. This is being.

In this harmonious state of balance, many wonders await you and paths will emerge to take your life towards purpose. For you are much more than your Mind has led you to believe. You have a unique purpose that been imprinted on your Spirit since the dawn of time. And right here, right now, this purpose is attempting to manifest in your life. For years there have been clues to this purpose all around you. Your Mind has filtered these clues along with the rest of the information that bombards us each and every day. But in harmony with the Body and Spirit, these clues will rise to your conscious awareness to reveal your true calling.

And this is where change happens. In pursuit of your divine purpose and in harmony with your Body, Spirit and Mind, God's life force energy will flow to you and change everything. But first you must "be" your true Self. This is the work we are doing together. We are exploring life and learning how to be our true Self.

‎"It is man´s privilege — only man´s privilege — to be alone, to stand against the whole world if he feels that he is with truth. If you feel that this is the way that leads to freedom, then accept any kind of responsibility. Then all those responsibilities are not going to be a burden on you. They are all going to make you more mature, more centered, more rooted, more of a beautiful individual." Osho

‎''There must be a place where hopes and dreams are nurtured, and that place is only within ourselves. A place to clean the grime of life, a place that waits for us to stay and look inside that we might see the truth. ''
- Cliff Robertson
Learn to be quiet just as you learn to talk, because if talking guides you, being quiet protects you. By being quiet, you attain two characteristics: you are able to take knowledge from those more knowledgeable than you, and you are able to repel the ignorance of those more ignorant than you....

Trust the one who can see these 3 things in you: 1) Sorrow behind your smile, 2) Love behind your anger & 3) Reason behind your silence.
‎"Life is a verb. Life is not a noun, it is really "living" not "life." It is not love, it is loving. It is not relationship, it is relating. It is not a song, it is singing. It is not a dance, it is dancing. See the difference, savor the difference." Osho
Prayer is not a SPARE WHEEL that you pull out when in trouble; Its is a STEERING WHEEL that directs us in the right path throughout life.
We always feel that God never comes on time when we call him. But the truth is that He is always on time...

only We are always in a Hurry

A thought occurred to me last night: People value their possessions more than the values they possess!!!

The "Thing"

It is the love, the passion that God put in me of making something great, that makes you feel “something” when you get in touch with it, see it and hear it.
To produce something Innovative that makes a change or just catch your attention and make you smile, think, buy or just say “that’s original”.
That is the thing.”

"Loneliness is absence of the other. Aloneness is the presence of oneself. Aloneness is very positive. It is a presence, overflowing presence. You are so full of presence that you can fill the whole universe with your presence and there is no need for anybody." Osho

Quote On Recognition

"Why you should bother about recognition? Bothering about recognition has a meaning only if you don´t love your work; then it is meaningful, then it seems to substitute. You hate the work, you don´t like it, but you are doing it because there will be recognition; you will be appreciated, accepted.

Rather than thinking about recognition, reconsider about your work. Do you love it? — then that is the end. If you do not love it, then change it!"

An interesting chat with God

God : Hello. Did you call me?
Me : Called you? No. Who is this?
God : This is GOD. I heard your prayers. So I thought I will chat.
Me : I do pray. Just makes me feel good. I am actually busy now. I am in the midst of something.
God : What are you busy at? Ants are busy too.
Me : Don’t know. But I can’t find free time. Life has become hectic. It’s rush hour all the time.
God : Sure. Activity gets you busy. But productivity gets you results. Activity consumes time. Productivity frees it.
Me : I understand. But I still can’t figure out. By the way, I was not expecting YOU to buzz me on instant messaging chat.
God : Well, I wanted to resolve your fight for time, by giving you some clarity. In this net era, I wanted to reach you through the medium you are comfortable with.
Me : Tell me, why has life become complicated now?
God : Stop analyzing life. Just live it. Analysis is what makes it complicated.
Me : Why are we then constantly unhappy?
God : Your today is the tomorrow that you worried about yesterday. You are worrying because you are analyzing. Worrying has become your habit. That’s why you are not happy.
Me : But how can we not worry when there is so much uncertainty?
God : Uncertainty is inevitable, but worrying is optional.
Me : But then, there is so much pain due to uncertainty…
God : Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional.
Me : If suffering is optional, why do good people always suffer?
God : Diamond cannot be polished without friction. Gold cannot be purified without fire. Good people go through trials, but don’t suffer.
With that experience their life becomes better, not bitter.
Me : You mean to say such experience is useful?
God : Yes. In every term, Experience is a hard teacher. She gives the test first and the lessons afterwards.
Me : But still, why should we go through such tests? Why can’t we be free from problems?
God : PROBLEMS are Purposeful Roadblocks Offering Beneficial Lessons to Enhance Mental Strength.
Inner strength comes from struggle and endurance, not when you are free from problems.
Me : Frankly in the midst of so many problems, we don’t know where we are heading…
God : If you look outside you will not know where you are heading. Look inside. Looking outside, you dream. Looking inside, you awaken.
Eyes provide sight. Heart provides insight.
Me : Sometimes not succeeding fast seems to hurt more than moving in the right direction. What should I do?
God : Success is a measure as decided by others. Satisfaction is a measure as decided by you. Knowing the road ahead is more satisfying than knowing you rode ahead. You work with the compass. Let others work with the clock.
Me : In tough times, how do you stay motivated?
God : Always look at how far you have come rather than how far you have to go. Always count your blessing, not what you are missing.
Me : What surprises you about people?
God : When they suffer they ask, “why me?” When they prosper, they never ask “Why me?” Everyone wishes to have truth on their side, but few want to be on the side of the truth.
Me : How can I get the best out of life?
God : Face your past without regret. Handle your present with confidence. Prepare for the future without fear.
Me : One last question. Sometimes I feel my prayers are not answered.
God : There are no unanswered prayers. At times the answer is NO.
Me : Thank you for this wonderful chat. I am so happy to start the New Day with a new sense of inspiration.
God : Well. Keep the faith and drop the fear. Don’t believe your doubts and doubt your beliefs. Life is a mystery to solve, not a problem to resolve. Trust me. Life is wonderful if you know how to live.

How often do you let other people's nonsense change your mood?

Do you let a bad driver, rude waiter, curt boss, or an insensitive employee ruin your day?  Unless you're the Terminator, for an instant you're probably set back on your heels.  However, the mark of a successful person is how quickly one can get back their focus on what's important.

Sixteen years ago I learned this lesson.  I learned it in the back of a New York City taxi cab. Here's what happened

I hopped in a taxi, and we took off for Grand Central Station.  We were driving in the right lane when, all of a sudden, a black car jumped out of a parking space right in front of us.  My taxi driver slammed on his breaks, skidded, and missed the other car's back end by just inches!

The driver of the other car, the guy who almost caused a big accident, whipped his head around and he started yelling bad words at us.  My taxi driver just smiled and waved at the guy.  And I mean, he was friendly.  So, I said, "Why did you just do that? This guy almost ruined your car and sent us to the hospital!"

And this is when my taxi driver told me what I now call, "The Law of the Garbage Truck
."

"Many people are like garbage trucks.  They run around full of garbage, full of frustration, full of anger, and full of disappointment.  As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it.  And if you let them, they'll dump it on you.

When someone wants to dump on you, don't take it personally.  You just smile, wave, wish them well, and move on.  You'll be happy you did."

So this was it: The "Law of the Garbage Truck."  I started thinking, how often do I let Garbage Trucks run right over me?  And how often do I take their garbage and spread it to other people:  at work, at home, on the streets?  It was that day I said, "I'm not going to do it anymore."

I began to see garbage trucks.  Like in the movie "The Sixth Sense," the little boy said, "I see Dead People."

Well, now "I see Garbage Trucks."  I see the load they're carrying.  I see them coming to drop it off.  And like my Taxi Driver, I don't make it a personal thing; I just smile, wave, wish them well, and I move on.

One of my favorite football players of all time, Walter Payton, did this every day on the football field.  He would jump up as quickly as he hit the ground after being tackled.  He never dwelled on a hit.  Payton was ready to make the next play his best.  Good leaders know they have to be ready for their next meeting.

Good parents know that they have to welcome their children home from school with hugs and kisses.
Leaders and parents know that they have to be fully present, and at their best for the people they care about.

The bottom line is that successful people do not let Garbage Trucks take over their day.

What about you?  What would happen in your life, starting today, if you let more garbage trucks pass you by?

Here's my bet.  You'll be happier.

Life's too short to wake up in the morning with regrets, so.  Love the people who treat you right.  Forget about the ones who don't.   Believe that everything happens for a reason.  If you get a chance, TAKE IT!
If it changes your life, LET IT!
Nobody said it would be easy...
They just promised it would be worth it!
